You allow LINK website administrators to access your membership information and to contact you by email.
You allow the leaders of subgroups and organisers of events you attend to access your contact information and send you emails.
On signing up your profile is automatically included in the LINK member directory. This is only visible to other members, never to the public, and by default contains your name, neighbourhood, home country and interests. You can choose to allow members to see further information from your profile (such as contact details) by logging in to the members' section of the website and editing your directory profile settings. If you wish to remove information or your whole profile from the member directory, you can also do this here.
You agree NOT to use the LINK system to contact other members to promote your own or other's businesses, to send spam, or for any other matters unconnected to LINK. We reserve the right to withdraw membership if this occurs.
You agree to keep all communications within the spirit of LINK, i.e. friendly and civil. We reserve the right to withdraw membership should a member be found to be being abusive or offensive.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the webmaster.
